Optio Development proposed to provide SteelWave with Technology Project Planning & Management (TechPM) for the America Center II project.  Acting as the TechPM, Optio Development provided expert input and experience in a concerted effort to bolster the attraction and use of technology features and resources commonly required and adopted by corporate America.  Using our vast experience with Silicon Valley tenants and campus development projects, Optio Development helped Steelwave ensure its development investment dollars elicited a differentiating and competitive product by providing the utmost modern and relevant experience as a tenant, guest and operator of the campus.  The end-goal was to have the project achieve the degree of technology adoption that will be on-time, on-budget and on-performance.
